I had to let you know how much I appreciated your services yesterday. I talked with our vet clinic this afternoon and she was very impressed. She said that you were extremely professional. She also said that the manor in which you took charge of our pet was excellent. She said that you handled Grumpy's box like it was something to be treasured. For that alone, I thank you very much. For us, of all our cats, we have had four, Grumpy is the one that was the most special and meant the most to us.
